Description:

Awesome finger crack on the top of the book, just left of the Cave Exit. A great way to finish J-Crack, Fat City, Loose Ends, etc... Continue on the finish to Outlander for an awesome 5.10 link-up.

5 out of 5 stars Loose Ends to Pear Buttress to Cheap Date

I don't think it gets any better than this. A super fun crack that angles left and then up. In addition to tough moves, we had 40mph winds continuously whipping us around.
A good challenge and a great way to end the day.

4 out of 5 stars Real good

Be careful to traverse to the correct crack, somehow I started into the 11b before my belayer gave me a WTF. Considerably wider than it looks from the ledge and it just eats gear in the finger sizes. The moves are fun if not exciting, especially in 50 MPH winds.

Possibly my single favorite pitch on the whole Ridge. What an amazing pitch, right from the start all the way to the belay.
