About Rock of Ages:

Rock of Ages is on par with any cliff at nearby Lumpy Ridge for excellent granite cragging. Rock of Ages proper is a 200 foot high cliff, but the name has come to include the satellite cliffs above and to the west (they are all more or less attached). Many hard traditional routes (and a few bolted ones) have been added to this area in the past 6 or 7 years, spearheaded by climbers like Topher Donohue and Bernard Gillette. The must-do and most popular route is Days of Heaven, a wild 3 pitch 10d crack and face climb, with some of the best splitter cracks in Colorado. To reach the Rock of Ages, hike the Fern Lake trail for about a mile until you reach the Arch Rocks campsite on the right. From here, locate an open talus field, then scramble and bushwhack up the hill to the cliff, identified as a clean, slightly concave shield of granite.
