About South Saint Vrain Canyon:
| This area is very close to boulder making for a fun day of cragging close to home. The rock in the canyon is bomber granite but there is some loose rock on less popular routes. There is constant route development in the canyon most of it due to Mark Rolofson and Richard Right, there are very good trad lines here up the splitter cracks but there is an ever growing quantity of sport routes. If your sick of Boulder Canyon then give this area a try. |
