About Bucksnort Slab:
| Bucksnort Slab is a great granite dome just up the canyon from Sphynx Rock. It offers climbers some excellent routes up it's steep, slabby flanks in a good, remote area. Many of the bolts found here are old 1/4" bolts, so be careful and use them at your own risk. |
| Nearest town or city: | Pine |
| Directions: | The crag lies along Jefferson County Road 83 (Elk Creek Road) north east of Pine, Colorado. From Denver take 285 southwest to Pine Junction and turn left (south) onto 126 to Pine.
