Description:
Two piches. To get to the first pitch hike up the hiking trail to the fist switchback then go straight up the stream bed to the climb. 100ft of steep ice. If there is any water flowing then it is dangerous. The second pitch is hard to get to. Either continue up the stream after the 1st pitch (harder than you would think), or, follow the hiking trail up the switchbacks approx 2 miles. As the trail turns into the canyon hike down the steep hill to your right and you will see the falls. Rap in and climb out. 100+ft of steep sustained climbing. If you can't climb out you have to hike down to the 1st pitch (harder than hiking up).

Nice ice
This year the 1st pitch was too thin in December and gone by late February but in between very nice. The 2nd pitch bring your chain saw if you go up the creek.

Ascent Note
3rd pitch is an amazing pilar that forms every year. Just don't go on a warm day.
