About Piedra River Trail:

At least 3 sport routes, not sure of the quality of the pre placed bolts. Boulders range from v0 to v7-8 at least. Make sure you don't knock anything down onto the trail from the top of the routes, as there is quite a bit of hiker traffic in the summertime.
Nearest town or city: Pagosa Springs
Directions: Take US 160 West through Pagosa Springs, take a right on Piedra Road. Follow Piedra Rd through the neighborhoods, the pavement will end, take it another 10-15 miles, and the first bridge will be crossing the Piedra River. Immediately after the bridge, take a left into the Piedra River Trailhead parking lot. Take the trail, dont forget to sign in, at the fork in the trail you have two options. Taking the left trail, down along the river, offers some awesome scenery, a few sport routes, and a number of boulders and traverses to practice on. The upper trail has some great bouldering to offer as well, couldn't get any beta or names from the locals other than just the general area info.
