Cactus Cliffs
About Cactus Cliffs:
This area was recently purchased by The Access Fund and donated to allow for unrestricted access. Rock and Ice #103 has a mini-guide for Cactus cliffs and Spiny Ridge. Over 150 routes, half at 5.10 or easier. A moderate climber's dream crag. Spectacular views from the base and especially from the top of the crag make this a great setting to climb in. Faces primarily south, so you better hope for a cloudy day in the summer, or prepare to sweat gallons. Take care when parking, either at the bottom of the shady road or at the top, and enjoy the newly installed toilets. |
