you can stem a bit but it doesn't make sense to go way the eff right away from the bolt line. The obvious line is past the bolt. Therefore not a 10.

I Feel Nickel and Dimed
The guidebook said you could climb past the bolt for an 11a move but it makes no sense when stemming is so obvious. Getting to the first bolt is kind of annoying as well. The moves between are pretty good though.
