This is the only spire in the canyon. It is visible when driving towards to west entrance. The route ascends the north face via a dihedral. End the dihedral at a large ledge with a two pin anchor. From here clip drilled angles, then free climb to the summit. For Gods Sake Man!!! bring a handdrill and add some good bolts to the summit. The original drilled angles and in light colored sandstone wafer flakes. There are long cracks leading from the holes in all directions. You may want to bring long webbing, because the only truly solid rock, may be five feet back from the original angles. O.k. route
