Balance, pinch, smear, throw (i say throw lightly its more of a reach and if you are 6'1 then just reach up.) mantle... it's comp rated as a V3 and it is way too easy for a 3 not much slab work just really one simple move shift weight into the rock though as it will spit you off if it can.
