Boulder #5
About Boulder #5:
Large wall to the right of #4. Stays wet most of the time. There is an obvious crack in the middle of the face. The top is pretty overgrown. I've seen no evidence of any climbing before but there may be something possible with the crack. |
Approach: | Follow the gravel road from the Hitchiti parking lot. You could also follow the hiking trail but the road is shorter. When you get down to the river go right along the river (north) until you see the boulders. Boulder 5 is just to the right of 4 and about at the same level into the hill. There is a tree down in front of it and a crack in the center of the wall. |
