Turn left at the coffee shop in the center of town and head towards New Meadows. Turn right on warren wagon road and go about 12 miles until you see an obvious rock 5 feet, yes, 5 feet, from the left side of the road. On the other side of the road is a large turnout that you can see the top anchors from.
