||3 options to get to the cave, less options to get out. Park in the north parking lot and take the trail, almost a 10 minute walk to the gazebo. The lookout connecting to the gazebo is the most direct line to the cave (option 1). Climb over the fence and build an anchor.
Rappel down (people will have to rappel with crashpads). On the rappel there is an opening on your right, this is the direct opening into the actual cave (getting crash pads through this opening may not be possible. Otherwise continue to rappel down and the large opening will be on your left. Once off rappel there is about a 10' climb up into the cave, you will need at least two people so that you can hand the pads up.
Other options include using the Outlook anchors (option 2) to rappel down, once at the bottom you will have to traverse to your right around the blind corner which will lead you to the same area that you must climb up.
If you don't want to rappel down there is a chimney type down climb (option 3) where you can pass pads down and down climb. Then you will have to use the same traverse as the people who rappel down the Outlook anchors.
Getting out of the caves is a bit trickier, it is easiest if you rappel directly down to the cave from the gazebo lookout. Then you can just tie crash pads to the rope and leave them. Traverse to your left around the corner probably about 20-30' of traversing (same traverse as going in for those who use the outlook anchors or chimney). If you fall during the traverse you will land in the river. Then follow the path over to the chimney and climb up (can do without ropes). Then go back to the gazebo lookout and pull the crash pads up.
