Description:

Climb the diehedral. This is a burly lead. Bronaugh has this listed as 10a, Jarrard has this listed as 10d. I say it is somewhere in the 10.burly range. If you have the gear you can sew it up.

4 out of 5 stars Great climb

But did feel harder than other 10a gear climbs I did in the Gorge; including Rock Wars, Headstone surfer, etc.

3 out of 5 stars Andromeda Strain

C'mon guys, this is 5.9 (no plus) at any other crags in the east: Gunks, Looking Glass, New River Gorge, T-wall, North Conway. A very good route, the splooge halfway up detracts a little bit. No real crux but lots of good climbing. Take as many yellow and blue cams as you can get your hands on.
