About Great Falls Bulge:

From Great Falls Tavern Visiters Center Cross the Canal and hike downstreem on the dirt path about 1/2 mile to the Billy Goat Trail (on right). The trail is just after a large clearing on the right that offers a grand view or Rocky Island (people sometimes hang out here for a while and watch you climb), and just before a steel bridge that crosses over the canal. The bulges are about 125 yards down on the right side of the path.
