About Sherwin Island with Cupids Bow:

The cliff is called Cupids Bower. Pioneered in the 30s this is a great 35ft tall southeast facing crag with a wide variety of routes for top rope (or trad). The island also contains several quality boulders. Accessible in low water directly across from Anglers Inn MD. The shallowest part to cross is upstream a bit, then walk to the downstream-most part of the island. Bring long slings or static rope for anchors. Bats may be nesting in the cracks during the summer =)
