about 25 feet high, a rough frictiony slab with a nice hand/foot crack the follows most of the way up. The belay stance slopes away from the route, on a slippery pine-needle bed with a 7-8 foot dropoff behind. There is a large horizontal crack at the bottom of the face that can be used to set up a solid belay safety/anchor. the crack can be filled with pine needles in some areas, so bring a small brush, or just use your fingers. climb the the crack, or just climb the slab, your choice. VERY frictiony.

3 out of 5 stars I dunno

this climb didn't do too much for me. went striaght up over the arete and set a gear anchor, instead of stepping left on the slab.

THe cracks tend to flare, but are rough inside and will take gear well. there is a flake around the arrette that looks very sketchy, though it feels solid when pulled on by hand. balance is key coming back around the arrette to the slab. there is an area of runout about 2/3rds of the way up.
