Description:

Methodist Church on the corner of Ridge and Front. Their parking lot is guarded by a sign sayings it is for the church's use only...but wait, you're going to the church, so you're fine. Park there. Climb up the dihedral on the south face (on the right of the right-most tower). It starts behind a small cedar. Summit onto the "middle" roof which has a gravel base. You will be surprised to find your roof doesn't go anywhere. What? Yah, there is a courtyard in the middle. Who would have thought? So hop onto the east roof and run the edge past the courtyard to another lower roof. Hang off and drop onto it. Watch the edges as this roof is rubber covered. Move to the far corner where you can get a start on the sandstone. Get creative and use your body against the wall as you down-climb. Watch for loose rock on both the ascent and descent. It is crumbling pretty good in some places. Don't forget to talk to God. Thank Him for the sweet route. Apologize for using His holy place as a climb.

Descent Options:

Down climb on north face
