About Tower Area:

A quarter mile south from the north end of Cliff Drive there is a large buttress visible known as the tower. Do not confuse this with the more prominent overhanging nose to the south of the tailings heap.
Approach: Park near the 4x4 trail that heads in toward the cliff cemetery. Follow this trail across the stream and then head for the buttress to your left. The well worn slope at the base and broken beer bottles will indicate that you are in the right area. If the approach is swampy or flooded from beaver activity, walk in from the Obsession parking area described on the following pages. The tower area is between the tailings piles and the 4X4 trail. When at the base, watch for flying debris, as an ORV trail lookout is above.

Access Issues: If you follow the 4x4 trail up there are some boulders in the trail that are tricky to navigate, and a pretty good rocky section, but it is doable.
