About The Library:
| Way up on the side of the East Ridge above Butte is one of many piles of rock, this is the good one. The Library can be seen from the interstate coming into Butte, look for the detached tower way up on the side of the ridge. Located a long ways above the Pegasus Tower (see Butte Climbing Guide for Pegasus info). |

| Directions: | Take the Continental Drive exit, go toward the ridge and park at the Maud S Trailhead. Follow the trail to the tracks and go right. Follow the tracks until you are below the Library and start bushwhacking your way up the face for what seems like an eternity. |
