Description:

To get to the Lazy Buttress/Schaeffer's Delight, follow the approach trail for Froglands, then follow a faint trail that branches off to the left shortly before reaching the base of the cliff. Aim for a distinctly curved chimmney below a roof. The chimney is the 1st pitch of Lazy Buttress. This route is good, but awkward and tough for the grade. We chose to traverse left and bypass the third roof. Aim for the large bush/ledge with a communal anchor. From here, head up a slot on the left to Lover's Ledge. A short walk south and west across a gully leads to the Frogland Descent.

4 out of 5 stars Good Multi-Pitch Climb

I was hoping it would be more difficult, but it was a fun easy paced climb.

4 out of 5 stars Stout for the grade

Only used small gear, didn't find a use for #1 camalot or larger. Only did first pitch and rapped down fixed line.
