Ragged Edges Cliff
About Ragged Edges Cliff:
Description: The largest and best crag in Willow Springs. The namesake route is a beautiful crack splitting the center of this wall for two pitches. Scary and sustained routes surround this route on both sides. Further left are some moderate, less committing routes like Tonto, and to the right is the descent gully for the climb.
Approach: Approach from the 1st or 2nd parking area, cross the wash and follow the vague trail to the base of the cliff. The trail should deposit you right at the base, but many side trails lead to the cliff, and there is a trail at the base which will lead you to all of the routes.
Beta/Updates: For those interested in climbing Ragged Edges- bring a couple of big cams and climb the second pitch- it's well worth it.
