Long route with the mossy start. Lower off with 60m rope or two rope rappel. Watch for a loose flake midway.

You can pretty much rap off with a 60m rope. Two will make your life much easier. Down climbing the last bit is sketchy due to the pitch of the soft ground. Try not to break of the lose flake halfway up.
