About Rock Rimmon:
| Rock Rimmon has climbs for almost everone. starting around 5.2 the climbs go up to 5.11. Mostly top roping and bouldering. Usually you're the only one there but sometimes you can find a local climber at the bottom. The climbs only go to about 100 feet up but once you get to the top you can see the whole city. The quantity of climbs is probably more than a year but its not a lifetime. watch out for broken glass. its mostly at the bottom but there is still some on the rock, there was a clean up that helped a little but the glass is still really something you need to watch out for, also there is a lot of choss so a helmet would be highly recomended. its mostly top rope but ther are a few trad climbs, there is no sport and there isint anywhere to camp because it is so small. if your really worried about having somewhere to sleep ther are a lot of close by hotels and motels. |
