Start on the block below the arete formed by East and North Faces. Sitstart just to the left with a beautiful small crimp rail (ignore other good holds) and a small edge (on a small corner) below for the right foot (ignore all other feet), move up to sloper/dish and top-out only using crimp rail for feet. Sorry about all the eliminations but they make this a 'good' problem.
