About New Canyon:
| The forest service road is closed for fall 2004 for construction on the campgrounds in the area. Limestone sport climbing on the east side of the Manzano Mountains. |
| Nearest town or city: | Torreon |
| Directions: | From Manzano, on highway 55, go west on Forest Service road 245 for about 3 miles (about 1/2 mile past USFS building). Turn right and park at the Cibola National Forest sign. Wall is about 75 feet up the streambed. |

| Access Issues: | Road is currently closed at forest service gait due to to forest rehab. Park at the gate and walk less than 1/2 mile to parking pull out at the mouth of canyon. |
