Little Horse Mesa
About Little Horse Mesa:
Columns of Basalt rise on the hard-to-reach hill above the trail to Little Horse Mesa, about two miles off the highway, up the Soda Pocket camground road. Steep dense bushwacking bring you out at the foot of the talus slope. Look for cairns, trending up and left to the base of a wall of moderate climbs, three cracks and a bolted arete. More lines of much higher grades and risk level are located to the right from here. |
