About Huckleberry:

Exit 23 off the Northway I-87, head into Warrensburg and continue north on Rt.9. Left onto Rt. 28 and head to Wevertown. Left on Rt.8. 3.5 km left on South Johnsburg Road. Continue to Garnet Lake Road (right turn), then take a right up Sky High Road to the trailhead parking. Hike to Crane Mountain Pond, then bushwhack into the valley between Crane and Huckleberry. The main section of cliff known as the Hard Guy Wall is directly above an obvious swampy area off left of the trail. A large boulder and VERY widely spaced red markers on trees mark the path to this area. Find the large right facing corner with several bolted routes on it to start your search (HGW) Good Luck!

Do not use this approach, as the land owner has made it very clear his intentions to prosecute tresspassers. Instead, use the arduous approach over Crane Mountain Pond.
