About Shanty Cliffs:
| Shanty Cliff is the remaining wall of an eroded dike, the largest in the southern Adirondacks. The crag is becoming popular for its very climbable rock and generally easy grades. The rock is an abrasive mixture of slabs, faces, cracks and overhangs, with an open summit knob offering excellent views. |
