A gem of a crag. Unlike the Dihedrals you are not visible when climbing here.
For trad climbs "The Sure Thing" and "Legitimate Beef" there use shared clip-in anchors for lowering off. On top of the cliff, there are three sets of bolts for top-roping, above "Childs Play," "Stokers Fix" and a 3rd yet unnamed trad climb on the left side. 48 inch slings are helpful to reach over the cliff edge. "Stokers Fix" and "Stretch Marks" have been bolted. One bolt was placed on "Childs Play" to get past a section that was unprotectable. Access to the top of the cliff is around the right (east) side. |
| Approach: | From the dihedrals parking lot, walk west along the tracks about 100 yd past the old gravel factory. Turn right into the woods just past a big flat rock. Or, from the west end of River Road under the Wind Bridge walk east along the tracks to about 50 yards past cesspool pond. |
