Park before the no parking signs at the end of the road or you will get a ticket. The boulders are down the stairs to the right or to the left around the corner. Yes there are great climbs on that big sucker in the water too.
Nearest town or city: Greenport
Directions: Drive on Hwy 25a on Long Island's east end until you see a large body of water on your left (2 hours east of NYC). Keep an eye out for a golf course and greek restaurant on left. Turn left just after a farmstand onto rocky point road.

Access Issues: Don't park on overlook without a town sticker or you'll get a ticket. Keep a low profile.
