Description:
Old route was the 1st route in the gunks not high Traverse. rux move is a nice airy hand traverse. Start at a right facing corner system to the right of Cruise Control and climb up on lousy, blocky 5.3 terrain past several trees. Just above one of the trees, HAND traverse out left around the nose on a good horizontal to a belay on one of several ledges. (Small nuts required for belay so you don't need doubles of anything.) This belay is shared with cruise control. Finish on the Cruise Control roofs (much better, 5.8 finish) or continue up the vegetated corner to the top (5.3)

Yikes.
P1 (5.3) was a little licheny, but not too bad. P2 was actually nice and clean. My leader finished on the 5.8+R face variation because the P3 gully was full of shrubbery and lichen and looked like it hadn't been climbed since the FA. I'm not sure how to rate this mixed bag of a route. Nice as a 5.8, pretty sketchy as a 5.5.
