Description:

p. 1 follow the obvious off width/squeeze chimney up and right towards the menacing roof. Do the move for which this route is named (crux) and belay (critical small cams) at an old piton and a very old pin. p. 2 step right around the nose, move up a body length to a good horizontal, step left (great positioning) and up to the top.

Descent Options:

Walk down to climber's right, descend at a break in the cliff or go all the way to the road.

4 out of 5 stars Inverted Layback

I found the layback itself to be strenuous and a bit desperate. "Groveling" would be a fair description of the climbing style. Harder than some 5.10s I climbed that day, but fun.
