3 out of 5 stars monopocket

It's a tough pull on one finger! Once you have the rail it's over.

3 out of 5 stars Gotta love the monopocket

Hard when you don't use the arete.

2 out of 5 stars Ok, so I cheated

Didn't want to pop a tendon using the mono. I suppose I could have found feet, but, it was slippy slidey due to the 8-10 hours of rain the night before.

5 out of 5 stars 10a-10b

Once you get past the tunnel vision of face climbing in the Gunks and start using your crack climbing skills, certain climbs show themselves in a different light. Beta, Fist jam horizontal crack below 1 finger pocket and do the reach to the next horizontal. Talked to Jimmy Dunn a while back, said he always got harrassed for climbing like a crack climber when he was climbing at the Gunks.

3 out of 5 stars nearly impossible for me

Much harder than a 10a, really hard for a short person. after trying the finger pocket 1x, I decided to use the corner through that move. Not worth risking a tear for a TR climb!
