Description:
I realize that the Dangler has been mentioned on this site under a climb or two, but I think that no matter which route you take to get there, three pines, something interesting etc... it's noteworthy enough to have its own post. It simply just cant be tossed in the mix if you know what i mean. Anyway - walk a little past where the the last pitch of 3 pines starts, traverse (dangle!) along the hand crack and around the corner, then up like 25' to the finish. This has been graded everywhere from 5.8 to 5.10

What a waste of time
This gets my vote for the most pointless climb in the 'Gunks. I can't understand why people do it.
