Rock (Toprope)

Same anchors as 'Papa Bear', or use large Pine or boulders above, to hang rope in corner.

Description:
You can just fool around as a variation to the 'Papa' crack, or try the rather thin left face of the dihedral. What is special here is to work on lieback, trying to not use the right face at all. There are almost enough solid grips on the right side of the crack to make it all the way up that way, and the footing on the left face gets tricky too.

Good Climb
Nice practice for layback.

lieback, layback, tough for me either way
Lots of people use this corner; but not many are putting a rope in this corner to climb just this corner. It takes the same length of runner from the bolts as to the overhang. This is the first time I've really worked on lieback, and yeah took a full fall once. But I'll be back....
