About Black Rock:

Better known as Woody Wall, Black Rock is one of the lesser crags in the Panthertown Valley. Dwarfed by neighboring Big Green and Laurel Knob, Woody Wall nevertheless has a nice assortment of friction routes, most of them bolted and fairly hard.

Information on Woody Wall is sparse. The route names in this section are based on information from the Flatliners web site, but efforts are being made to gather more accurate documentation on routes and first ascents from the Carolina Climbers Coalition.
