Description:

Variant of Climb B. On the right side of the cave, 5 feet to the right of the large boulder facing Climb B. Hang-start left hand in the large spherical pocket and right hand in any other pocket. High foot to the right ledge to access the face. Route shifts to the left after a few feet. Crux halfway with a 3 finger pocket and a mono while smearing... great sequence with a bit of everything. Might be easier for shorter climbers.

4 out of 5 stars Most rewarding route we tried at JBSP!

Fun sequence needing good footwork. First third of the route starts with a hang and a high right foot followed by left hand side pull that faces outward. Has a couple of good pockets to choose from in the following moves. Second third, goes leftward to a medium sized ledge followed by the crux - a 3 finger left-hand pocket and a mono with very little but smearing for the feet. Last third of the route quite easy with a huge pinch that made us real happy on top!
