About The Springfield Gorge:

The Springfield Gorge is, well, a gorge in Springfield. The climbing walls are located directly where Route 68 crosses the Mad River, just South of Route 40.
Nearest town or city: Springfield
Latitude, Longitude: 39.91474, -83.85624
Access Issues: Currently, access to the North wall (owned by the Masonic Home) is prohibited. However, access to the South wall (owned by Edison Electric) is presumably legal. While access to both of these walls is a current project of Ohio climbing organizations, they have yet to be confirmed legal. Thus, CLIMB AT YOUR OWN RISK. Be fully aware that climbing in these areas could result in your arrest, a hefty fine, and destruction of any political headway made by local climbing organizations to open access.
Camping: Pay
When to Climb: Autumn Spring Summer
Quantity of Climbs: Year
