Description:

Bring your garden tools (update:) there are flowers around but the route itself is pretty clean. Presumably named for the abundance of dandelion-colored lichen up the right side. A fun variety of cracks, dihedrals & even face-climbing; many holds available so it's up to you.

Descent Options:

Scramble down to the anchors of Crazy Alice (to the left of the climb) one rope will get you to the base.

4 out of 5 stars Climbed it.

Fun climb with a variety of techniques involved. Good gear placements, but not much for a top anchor. I slung a small tree but put most of the weight on myself. Highly recommended.

5 out of 5 stars What a blast! No Garden Claw required...

This route was a joy to climb. A little of everything (I even snuck some chimney in there). We didn't encounter any vegetation issues, but it's early in the spring and things are just starting to bloom and grow, so I'm not sure what it will be like later in the season. Despite the guide book's warning that the rock was questionable, I had no problem with the rock quality, just a little dirt on some of the ledges which is to be expected. My BF started the route on the left side from the boulder, and I started on the right side from the ground, which was super fun for me. I'll definitely do this one again! Try it!

4 out of 5 stars Definitely 5.7

The guide book gives this route a 5.7 and I would definitely say that is spot on. I would even say it borders on 5.8. Really fun route though. Stay direct though, I went off route a bit and created lots of rope drag.
