About Rocky Butte Boulder Field:
| The main bouldering is located on a small secluded cliff called The Schwingus. |
| Nearest town or city: | Portland |
| Directions: | Follow the normal directions to rocky then follow these. To reach the Schwingus, park by a stone wall on the East side of the rock across from the south entrance to the bible school. Follow the trail that parallels this wall, eventually dropping down to the freeway. When the trail splits, follow the right fork down the hill paralleling a chain link fence. Eventually the trail heads right, back in the woods and in a couple of hundred yards the small cliff will be apparent. |
