Description:

Rap in to mid-way anchor for leading (to prevent bad drag) or top rope from the ledge 90 feet down, lower section is a bit dirty but isn't bad. The main route is a STELLAR overhanging jug haul on fantastic metamorphic rock, finishing up a ledgy slab to a trickier, steeper final section. Upper part is bolted for leading, lower part is not. Cool TR variations L or R.

Descent Options:

Lower, rap, or stay on top after ascent to belay or clean top anchor.

5 out of 5 stars This route is worth the drive

If you like "chainsaw psycho dork" at Rattlesnake, you will love this one! Jugs but steep, a few relatively powerful pulls, then it gets thinner just when you are pumped the most! Try to stay on the line straight up at that point but the "pyramid" is on route I guess. Cool back step, heel hook layback, cross-thru, hand switch, then power pull.
