High wall
About High wall:
| High Wall extends left (South) from the routes Hanging Gardens of Babylon and Melissa to Dragons Lair and Guttersnipe. Its the highest and most continually steep section on Minsi, being about twohundred feet in height and maby about four hundred feet long (estimate!). With mostly two and three pitch climbs ranging from 5.5 to 5.10 in difficulty. The begining is marked by a long low roof just left of hidden passage chimney. The first eight routes on the High Wall start along/below this roof. |
| Approach: | Just left / downhill from Wine Couloir is the beginning of High Wall. It continues several hundred feet to a 4th class scramble leading to a small roof over the trail immediately before hooking to the right. The cairn with the Buddhist prayer flags is roughly in the middle of this section. |
