Use a crash pad.
If facing Island Block walk to your right, walk past no hands traverse and about 75- 100 feet you'll see a boulder. I'll post pictures shortly. It's a sit start pull up and you'll find a few holds to your left and right use them to get your legs in a good position to hold yourself. Then there is a small hold for your left hand you can use while positioning your right hand further up. Find higher foot holds then reach for the top, pulling yourself up. The rock is angled like the rock on the lion king so it is an awkward finish.
Walk down the side of the rock and easily slide off to the ground.
