Description:
Start at the left side of the crag, climb up through the flakes and broken face to a two (2) tiered blocky overhang, pull the roof on its left side (go for the knob hold high on the left outside corner), continue up to the top. The Blocky over hang is very hard to protect, the pro goes where the right hand is supposed to be. Wires are the main pro for this climb. So have fun. This route got its name from the snake that tried to commit suicide when the leader got to the top of the route. The crazy snake hurled itself off the top of the route right at and over the belayer’s head (wow, did I say wow)! FFA - Brody O’Farrell and Jeff O’Farrell in Late Spring 1995Descent Options:
Walk off right side.
