Description:
Last line in the Electric Co. Sector. Scramble up the dirt and rock to stand on the small dirt ledge next to two small trees. Jump on the last bolted line to the left. Follow the bolts to the old rusted chains, then go right around a bush to clip the new chains.Descent Options:
Rappel off the chains unless you don't mind running your rope over a rock edge.
