About Photographers Peak-Aquarium Rock:

If you only had a short time to spend in the Needles, this is where you should go, since most of the climbs here are in a small area. The formation itself if made of three major spires (Ice House, Aquarium, and Photographers which is the largest), accessed directly off of the road. Their in the same general area as the Outlets and Middle Earth, but to the southeast of Sylvan Lake and the general store/cafeteria located there. If you're familiar with where the campground is, it's directly between Sylvan Lake and the campground. You can either park at the general store, or there are a few spaces to be had along the road. Obviously, camping is the easiest at Sylvan Lake ($14), but there is camping throughout the area. If you're interested in when to climb (weather wise), read the Outlets description.
Nearest town or city: Custer State Park
Directions: From the road, either follow a trail from the road, through a small field, or enter off of the access road a little more to the south. Either way, it'll bring you to the base of Photographers Peak.
