Ahh.. perfection. What a classic.. must do. Good pro in small dihedral/crack which goes up about 30'. The fun moves are towards the top and exiting this dihedral. When the crack ends, move out left towards the first bolt. Now the crux is finished. The next bolt is up a bit (15') but not too difficult. There are 4 bolts and a pin in this section. Above the last bolt there is 40' of easier unprotected climbing to the bolted top anchor, with a bit of a mental run out. Two ropes will bring you back to earth. (115')

5 out of 5 stars Nantucket Sleighride

The best route I did over the course of a week in the Needles. Tricky climbing on small gear down low leads to knobs and slabs with just enough protection to keep it interesting. This would be part of regular climbing discussions around campfires if it was in Joshua Tree or the Gunks.
