Description:
Start with both hands on the Polished ball outcropping on the far right, climb straight up, can climb all the way to the cave, but finish lower for the squeamish. The crux is getting started with no feet. Grade is V- if you start standing on the ball.

Hook
If you don't have the strength to pull straight up from the ball, a right heel hook is good, or loop your right calf over the triangular outcrop that the ball is hooked to, and that will get your body in position to grab and pull up with your right hand. After that it's basically over.
Some buddies of mine found some beta that make this V0 for sure. Heel hook/calf loop over definitely not necessary.
