Pad up the slab at the far end of the backside or climb the large right-facing dihedral that forms where the large overlap curves around and down to meet the ground. Find a place in the large crack to set up a belay below the large flake, which is the main feature on the overlap above. Climb through the flake at about 5.5, mantle and clip a bolt. Make some beautiful moves on large feldspar crystals to surmount the overlap and clip a second bolt. From here climb unprotected slab to the top and make a gear belay. You can also join Walk In The High Country by a rising right traverse from the second bolt.

Well worth the great moves you find on the overlap. Rob and I belayed out right at a very large block by soloing up the slab below. I ventured out to the flake and found fantastic moves on the overlap. Found the moves past the first bolt to be closer to 5.9.
